Shinjuku Station Miraina Tower ticket gate
The “Miraina Tower Ticket Gate” at JR Shinjuku Station is located on the south side of JR Shinjuku Station, in the same area as the Old / New South Exit and the Old Southern Terrace Exit. It’s the closest to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Yamanote line is「JY 17」.
Shinjuku Gyoen Shinjuku Gate
Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden where you can see beautiful nature while being in the center of the city. National Stadium
It was built by a complete renovation with the old national stadium, which opened in 1958, to cope with the deterioration and to be the main venue for the Tokyo Olympics. Construction started in December 2016 and was completed in November 2019.
Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery
This is the central building of Jingu Gaien, and exhibits historically and culturally valuable paintings depicting the life of the Meiji Emperor from the end of the Edo period to the Meiji era. The maintenance is covered by the budget of the religious corporation Meiji Jingu, and no other support is received.
Meijijingu Gaien
Meiji Jingu is composed of “Naien”, which has a shrine dedicated to Emperor Meiji and his wife, Empress Shoken, and “Gaien”, which has facilities such as the National Stadium. Large-scale seasonal events such as the Jingu Gaien Fireworks Festival in the summer and the Icho Festival in the fall are also held.

Jingu Gaien Ginkgo trees lined with 146 ginkgo trees over 6m in height, and the autumn leaves are in late November.

Aoyama 1-chome Station
