We will propose a marriage of food and sake from “Wine Prefecture Yamanashi”.
Oidemase Yamaguchikan (Yamaguchi Prefecture)
We prepared seafood such as kamaboko and sea urchin, including the nationally famous puffer fish from Shimonoseki. We also have a large selection of tea, sake, and sweets made in abundant nature.
“Hagi Yaki”, which is designated as a traditional craft, and “Akama Inkstone”, which has been refined with the skill and heart of craftsmen, are also on display. In addition, there are many folk crafts such as “Ouchi Doll”, “Congratulations”, “Fuku Lantern”, and “Goldfish Lantern” that make you smile just by looking at them.
Nihonbashi Nagasakikan (Nagasaki Prefecture)
“Nihonbashi Nagasakikan” opened in 2016 to convey the charm of Nagasaki’s food, culture, tourism, etc. The store consists of four areas: [Tourist Information Zone], [Product Sales Zone], [Event Zone], and [Light Eating and Drinking Zone]. A “ship-shaped fixture” that resembles a ship is placed in the center of the store, and the products are displayed by surrounding it with fixtures that resemble an island in Nagasaki Prefecture. Visitors can enjoy shopping with the image of going around the islands on a boat.
Here in Shiga (Shiga Prefecture)
“Coco Shiga” is a place related to Omi merchants, and is still an information dissemination base in Shiga Prefecture, which was born in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, where people, goods, and information gather from all over the world.
We sell events that convey the charm of Shiga from various angles, as well as special products and traditional crafts. In addition, we are waiting for you with a local sake bar where you can taste the local sake of each brewery, and a restaurant that uses plenty of Shiga ingredients such as Omi beef.
Nihonbashi Toyamakan (Toyama Prefecture)
“Nihonbashi Toyamakan” was born as a comprehensive transmission base by integrating various functions such as a tourism exchange salon and an event space. We have a shop, a Japanese restaurant, and a bar lounge where you can enjoy local sake from Toyama. In addition, the open large wall surface where the ridgeline of the Tateyama mountain range is drawn with Kumiko work made from prefectural materials welcomes you.
Bridge Niigata (Niigata Prefecture)
The regional revitalization base “Bridge Niigata” has been reopened as a permanent antenna shop from 2019. We have a wide range of attractive products from Niigata, such as rice, sake, and other abundant food products created by the rich nature of the four seasons, as well as crafts and folk crafts that shine with craftsmanship.
We will continue to convey the charm of “Niigata,” which is still unknown.
Mie Terrace Restaurant (Mie Prefecture)
You can enjoy the charm of “Mie”, a treasure trove of food, as if you were traveling while you are in Nihonbashi. Please enjoy the taste of Mie such as Matsusaka beef and spiny lobster.
